Return Policy
Returns – Morocco
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
Here’s how you can return your items:
- The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with original tags).
- Contact us via email or the "Return" link at the bottom of the website to initiate the return.
- You’ll receive an email with a return shipping label to send the item back to us.
- Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund or store credit based on your preference.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund and notify you accordingly. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or worn (other than for trying on).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
International Returns
International returns follow the same process as domestic returns. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning international items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. You may be entitled to a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
